Duration: Up to 6 months
Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to provide architectural governance and improve platform quality, efficiency, and long-term health.
Responsibilities

Enforce ServiceNow and CTA-aligned best practices across development and delivery.

Improve development efficiency and deployment quality.

Lead upgrade and patch strategy and execution.

Identify, quantify, and prioritize technical debt.

Define and oversee remediation plans to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.

Apply automation and ServiceNow best practices to platform objects and processes.
Skillset
-
ServiceNow CTA (mandatory).
-
Proven experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture.

Strong expertise in upgrades, release management, and technical debt remediation.
-
Telco experience desirable, not essential.
