ITFM Project Manager
Our client, a global leader in the FinTech industry, is hiring a ServiceNow ITFM Product Manager to join the team on a contract basis in Bayern, Germany. The successful candidate will drive the delivery of their Native ServiceNow SaaS solutions, leveraging a blend of strong project management skills and advanced business analysis expertise.
Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution and successful completion of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget.

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to manage deliverables and dependencies.

Lead meetings and calls confidently, capturing and communicating business requirements without constant technical support.

Track and report on project progress, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and implement communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

Elicit and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops and documentation review.

Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Work closely with developers, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Document business processes, workflows and system interactions to support project execution and future enhancements.
Skillset
-
Complete ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) training within the first 2 months.

Complete all company-specific LMS training for proprietary applications.

Participate in hands-on product demos, workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITFM and SaaS solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
