Solutions Architect (CSM)
Our client, an established IT Services & Consulting organization, is hiring an experienced Solutions Architect with skills in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership across ServiceNow implementations, mentor technical teams and help drive successful customer outcomes through best-practice design and delivery.
Responsibilities

Own the architectural vision and technical delivery for large-scale ServiceNow implementations from concept through to completion.

Establish, govern and evolve solution architectures that align with customer needs, industry best practices and organizational standards.

Architect, build and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and a wide range of third-party systems.

Serve as a trusted technical authority for customers, providing guidance on complex design decisions and enabling successful platform adoption.

Plan and lead technical workshops, architecture reviews and customer-facing presentations.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level team members.

Review and assure solution designs, configurations, and code to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.

Drive continuous improvement across delivery approaches, architectural standards, and reusable technical assets.

Support and influence product development initiatives through architectural leadership and innovation across the ServiceNow platform.
Skillset
-
Demonstrated experience leading the architectural design and technical development of large-scale enterprise solutions, preferably within a ServiceNow environment.

At least two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications or similar.

Proven capability in designing, building and delivering integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.

A strong track record of advising customers through complex technical challenges and enabling successful platform adoption.

Experience delivering customer-facing workshops, technical deep dives, and formal presentations.

In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core product offerings.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to design, document, and support complex solution architectures and system integrations.
