Clearance: Active DHS clearance (or any clearance recognized under Department of Homeland Security)
Contract: 12-month contract
Rate: $150/hr (billable)

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting firm, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a high-profile U.S Federal Government program. This position demands extensive ServiceNow architecture experience, prior government exposure and the confidence to navigate complex federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cross-platform ServiceNow Architect, providing end-to-end technical leadership across the platform.

• Design and guide scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and TSA (Transportation Security Administration) standards.

• Collaborate closely with government stakeholders and delivery teams to inform and drive architectural decisions.

• Ensure strong platform governance, security and compliance within a federal environment.

• Provide hands-on architectural leadership across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Skillset

• Active DHS clearance, or a clearance that is transferable or recognized under DHS.

• Demonstrated experience supporting DHS or other U.S. federal government agencies.

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules and platform capabilities.

• Comfortable operating within structured and highly regulated government environments.

• Confident and effective communicator with a credible, authoritative presence.

• A seasoned professional able to navigate complex programs with minimal oversight.

• Experience delivering work within highly regulated federal initiatives.
