ServiceNow Architect – APAC
Our client, a global professional services organization, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions within the Insurance domain, leading solution design, directing implementation teams and ensuring best practice standards.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across the Insurance domain.

Define and own the solution architecture and technical strategy for CSM and FSO.

Convert insurance business processes, including claims, policy servicing and customer operations, into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Serve as the primary technical authority across ServiceNow delivery programs.

Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to developers and implementation teams.

Maintain strong platform governance, optimize performance and uphold best practice standards.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Enable and support integrations with core insurance systems and third-party platforms.
Skillset
-
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with particular strength in CSM.

Demonstrated success delivering FSO use cases within financial services or insurance environments.

Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CIS-CSM, FSO or CAD.

Previous experience leading ServiceNow projects or discrete workstreams.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and underlying data models.

Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript and the Glide API.

Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.

Practical experience within the Insurance sector is desirable.
