ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Our client, a growing Digital Transformation consultancy, is hiring a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join their team remotely on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, driving projects to completion efficiently, on schedule and in line with business goals.
Responsibilities

Lead client engagements from project kick-off through successful delivery.

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Direct project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring scope, schedule and resources are effectively managed.

Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to share progress and insights.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Deliver timely and transparent updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Skillset
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or client engagement roles.

Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
-
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
-
Experience working on IT or technology-driven projects.
-
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
