Our client, a global tech organization, is hiring a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join the team remotely on a part-time contract. The successful candidate will drive technical discovery and delivery for HRSD use cases, from shaping, designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery for HRSD use cases.

• Design and document architectural concepts and target architectures.

• Define and record architectural decisions and design rationales.

• Provide technical guidance throughout use case implementation.

• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical backlog items.

• Work closely with the delivery team to support seamless execution.

Skillset

• Strong experience in HRSD architecture and solution design.

• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and architecture definition.

• Hands-on experience working closely with implementation teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
