  ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client, a growing Digital Transformation consultancy, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join their team remotely on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will streamline and enhance ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, refine and optimize ITSM processes in line with ITIL best practices.

  • Elicit, document and maintain requirements, use cases and process maps.

  • Configure ServiceNow ITSM components, including workflows, business rules, UI policies and catalog items.

  • Support UAT, deployments, reporting and KPIs, while delivering stakeholder workshops and training sessions.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Skillset

  • Bachelors degree in IT or Business with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITSM is a big plus.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and process documentation.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement.

  • Knowledge of integrations, CMDB/Discovery and JavaScript is an advantage.
