Junior ServiceNow Developer

Our client, an established IT Services company, is hiring a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely on a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will support the development, implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain web-based and client-server applications.

• Automate workflows and processes using OS scripts and SQL within relational database environments.

• Implement and integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software into existing systems.

• Plan, code, test and deploy software solutions.

• Troubleshoot and analyse program and production issues, documenting findings and test outcomes.

• Work closely with users to gather requirements and create comprehensive program specifications.

Skillset

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

• At least 1 years of experience in programming or application development.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

• Willing to obtain ServiceNow certifications (Certified Administrator, Certified Application Developer) in the near future.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute in a collaborative environment.
