Senior ServiceNow Developer (Workspace / AI Integration

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer with Workspace & AI Integration expertise to join their team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a next-generation, AI-enabled enterprise platform, helping to shape how ServiceNow integrates with intelligent backend systems to enable seamless interaction between users, workflows and AI-powered services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize ServiceNow Workspaces, including UI Builder, Agent Workspace, CSM Workspace and configurable workspace solutions.

• Build bespoke UI components and deliver enhanced user experiences within Workspace frameworks.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external APIs and AI-driven services.

• Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows, business rules and automation logic.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers delivering Python-based AI and data services.

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows across multiple enterprise systems.

• Support real-time data processing and event-driven architectures.

• Ensure all solutions are scalable, high-performing, and maintainable.

Skillset

• Extensive experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Workspaces and UI Builder.

• Proven experience with Agent Workspace, CSM Workspace or configurable workspace development.

• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills, including JavaScript and Glide APIs.

• Solid experience with Flow Designer and end-to-end workflow automation.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external APIs (REST, with GraphQL preferred).

• Strong understanding of enterprise data models and process design principles.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations within ServiceNow or broader enterprise platforms.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time data pipelines.
