ITOM Solution Architect (ServiceNow)

Engagement: 60% allocation (approx. 3 days per week)

Our client, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, are hiring an experienced ITOM Solution Architect to support a customer engagement, acting as the technical counterpart to the delivery partner. This role will work under direct customer governance and requires strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM.

Responsibilities

Lead and advise on ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery and Event Management.
Design and build enterprise-level CMDB structures aligned with CSDM and ServiceNow best practices.
Provide expert guidance on CMDB meta models and governance frameworks.
Facilitate and drive company-level workshops on CSDM consultancy.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders under direct customer steering.

Skillset

Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Strong expertise in Discovery, Event Management and CMDB.
Hands-on experience building CMDB structures aligned to the CSDM model.
Ability to advise on governance and meta model design.
Experience running workshops and providing strategic consultancy.
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Mapping and CI State Management.
Strong English communication skills (essential)
