Our client, an established IT services organisation, is hiring a Workday Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Advanced Compensation and Benefits to join their team in Las Vegas on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring the effective implementation and optimisation of Workday Compensation and Benefits solutions from initial planning through to post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design as the primary architect for Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables.
Design scalable, best-practice Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support and contribute to the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, timelines and resource planning.
Provide hands-on support throughout implementation, deployment and post-go-live phases.
Advise clients on complex configurations, integrations and process improvements.
Ensure data integrity, security and compliance standards are consistently maintained.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Compensation and Benefits modules.
Lead architecture discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skillset

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Workday Solutions Architect or similar role.
Demonstrated track record of delivering full-cycle Workday implementations, with a focus on Advanced Compensation, Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, and compensation review and cycle planning.
Proven experience in defining project scope, preparing estimates and developing Statements of Work (SOWs).
Workday certifications in Compensation and/or Benefits are preferred but not essential.
Experience working in client-facing consulting environments is a plus.
Familiarity with integrations and the wider Workday ecosystem is a bonus.
Ability to lead solution design workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
