Capacity Options: 8 hours/week per role (Solution Architect + Technical Consultant) or 16 hours/week for a consultant able to cover both responsibilities.

Our client, a global tech leader, is hiring a ServiceNow HAM expert to join their team in Frankfurt on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead and deliver a comprehensive ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) assessment, providing both strategic and technical expertise across solution architecture, integrations, CMDB and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility studies and assess business and technical impacts.
• Evaluate existing processes, CMDB maturity, data quality, and current tooling environment.
• Design and recommend an appropriate integration approach.
• Advise on security considerations and overall solution architecture.
• Produce high-level solution and platform design documentation.
• Provide strategic roadmap recommendations and stakeholder guidance.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Skillset

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong background in ServiceNow solution architecture and/or technical delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of integrations, CMDB, and ServiceNow security frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience delivering assessment-led and advisory engagements.
• Senior-level consulting experience with strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Capable of working autonomously while providing strategic and technical direction.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate across both functional and technical teams.
• ServiceNow certifications in HAM, ITAM or related modules is a big plus.
