Location: Zurich, Switzerland (2-3 days onsite per week)
Contract: Full-time until the end of the year
Languages: English and German

Our client, a leading Swiss Banking organisation, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join their team in Zurich on a contract basis until the end of 2026, contributing to a  high-profile transformation programme utilising your expertise in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM solutions in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Build workflows, integrations and customisations following ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of the platform.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on experience developing ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow development, scripting, Flow Designer and integrations.
• Experience working within regulated environments, such as banking or financial services.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• German language reading and comprehension skills to support collaboration with local documentation and stakeholders.
