ServiceNow Technical Architect – HAM & Service Mapping
Location: Hybrid – South Brussels (occasional onsite required)
Contract: Initial 6 months, with strong extension potential to 12 months

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join a major enterprise transformation programme in Brussels, Belgium. This is an opportunity to play a key role within a mature ServiceNow environment as the client expands its platform with additional modules. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to shape requirements, define technical solutions and provide architectural leadership to an established development team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear technical and architectural designs.

• Lead and guide the development team throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Drive best practice across ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

• Provide technical leadership for the rollout of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Service Mapping.

• Ensure scalable, maintainable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Skillset

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.

• Proven delivery experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Service Mapping

• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

• Experience leading developers and overseeing solution delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working with global consultancies would be highly advantageous.
