Our client, an early-stage AI-driven healthcare company, is hiring a Deployment Strategist to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will own customer deployments from initial kick-off through go-live and beyond, while also working closely with customers, engineering and the founding team to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations end-to-end, from initial discovery and kickoff through UAT, go-live and post-launch support.

  • Run discovery sessions to understand customer scheduling rules, clinic workflows, referral processes, provider configurations and operational requirements.

  • Build project plans, manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful, on-time implementations.

  • Configure the platform across assistant settings, scheduling workflows, telephony routing and organizational requirements.

  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact, leading kickoff meetings, regular check-ins and stakeholder communications.

  • Coordinate UAT, manage issue resolution and oversee production cutovers and launch-day activities.

  • Own the customer relationship post-launch, including regular account reviews, QBRs, issue triage and account health monitoring.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate relevant expansion signals to the sales team.

  • Turn customer feedback and operational insights into clear, actionable product requirements.

  • Work closely with engineering to improve implementation tooling, automation and self-service capabilities.

Skillset

  • At least 3 years of experience in software implementation, technical onboarding, customer success or customer-facing project management within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of managing complex implementations, coordinating stakeholders and delivering projects through to successful go-live.

  • Strong technical aptitude with APIs, configuration platforms and technical documentation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Experience serving as a primary customer contact and building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence leading customer meetings, documenting requirements and managing expectations.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects progressing without losing sight of key priorities.

  • A strong sense of ownership and bias towards action, with a willingness to get hands-on and solve problems independently.

  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, clinical operations or healthcare technology is highly desirable.

  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment where processes are continuously evolving and being improved.
