ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (GRC)
Our client, a leading consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join the team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will support the design, implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions across government and commercial environments, translating risk, security and vulnerability management requirements into effective, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews and process-mapping sessions for ServiceNow IRM and Vulnerability Response implementations.

Assess current business processes and define future-state workflows aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.

Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process documentation.

Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, platform owners and business stakeholders throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Contribute to the design of ServiceNow workflows, automation, data models, integrations and user experiences.

Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing and release preparation.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating solutions against agreed business requirements and addressing issues through to resolution.

Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise security platforms.

Serve as a key link between business, security, IT and ServiceNow delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Produce process documentation, provide project updates, deliver knowledge transfer and support end-user training as required.
Skillset
-
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, business process consulting, ServiceNow consulting or a related role.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience delivering or supporting ServiceNow implementations.

Certified Implementation Specialist – Integrated Risk Management (CIS-IRM, Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.

Strong practical experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR).

Proven experience gathering requirements, leading stakeholder workshops, mapping business processes, and developing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, tables, workflows and core platform capabilities.

Experience delivering projects within Agile or hybrid development environments.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations involving enterprise security and vulnerability management platforms, ideally Tenable or CrowdStrike.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
