Our client, a global consulting organisation, is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Dublin. The successful candidate will join a newly established team responsible for transforming how work is delivered through AI and digital assistants, helping to shape the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and other AI technologies across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, service challenges and opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyse and redesign processes to make effective use of people, AI and automation.

  • Identify tasks that can be supported, automated or completed by digital assistants.

  • Translate business needs into requirements for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry and related technologies.

  • Map current processes and design practical future-state workflows, including appropriate human oversight.

  • Review meeting recordings, transcripts and other unstructured information to identify requirements, decisions and actions.

  • Develop use cases, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria and solution requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, build and test digital assistants, including the required data sources, integrations, permissions and controls.

  • Test solutions with users and refine them based on feedback and performance evidence.

  • Support implementation, user adoption and continuous improvement while measuring benefits such as time saved, improved quality and better service delivery.

Skillset

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Process Analyst or equivalent.

  • A strong track record of analysing and redesigning business processes, services and workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and related technologies, such as Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams or Microsoft Graph.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry or a similar AI development platform.

  • Experience translating business challenges into clearly defined automation and digital assistant solutions.

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, use-case development and technical documentation.

  • Experience designing, testing or implementing digital assistants within service delivery or operational teams is a plus.

  • Confidence working with meeting transcripts, unstructured data and organisational knowledge sources.

  • A solid understanding of data access, systems integration, user permissions, privacy and information security is a bonus.

  • Strong analytical, facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
