They are building a new category of software products in the Enterprise stack that helps solve the complex challenges associated with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. They define this fog within the operations as Operational Entropy and use the advancement in AI/ML & data processing workflows to build state-of-the-art software products to get rid of this entropy.
