Part of this role is identifying consistent, reliable, repeatable processes for marketing, scoping and delivering the identified services. Delivery includes both the technical delivery (e.g. configuration of the ServiceNow platform) as well as appropriate Organizational Change Management methods to ensure their clients’ success.
