The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, deployment and ongoing support.


    Responsibilities

    • Oversee technical planning activities and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.

    • Architect, develop, test and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions.

    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.

    • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

    • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

    • Convert wireframes and conceptual designs into scalable, effective technical solutions.



    Skillset

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or similar.

    • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

    • Demonstrated success implementing solutions across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM.

    • Deep understanding of ITIL practices, CMDB architecture and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

    • Extensive experience with ITOM Discovery (both on-premises and cloud), Service Mapping, Event Management, and IT Asset Management using SAM Pro and HAM Pro.

    • Proficient in scripting and integrations using Glide API, JavaScript, REST and SOAP.

    • Skilled in developing dashboards and reports, with a focus on Performance Analytics.

    • Solid grasp of networking principles and cloud computing technologies.

    • Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to produce clear technical documentation.

    • Strong client engagement and consulting experience, with a proven ability to deliver in customer-facing roles.
