Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Architect

Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Architect to design and implement scalable, high-quality ServiceNow CSM solutions. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, guiding clients through the implementation of customer service solutions, and ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
Responsibilities

Design and lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions based on customer requirements.

Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.

Provide technical leadership and expertise on ServiceNow CSM best practices, modules, and integrations.

Develop and document solution designs, workflows, and user stories to support the development and deployment process.

Collaborate with development teams to customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Skillset

Minimum of five years of experience working with ServiceNow, including deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM.

Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (Incident, Request, Knowledge, Case Management, etc.).

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools (Flow Designer, Studio, IntegrationHub, etc.).

Proven experience in designing, architecting, and deploying ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.

In-depth understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and how they relate to ServiceNow CSM.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver successful projects.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are a plus.
