Contract

Our client, a leading Entertainment provider, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join the team in California on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving the ServiceNow platform, including operational support, minor enhancements, developing new request forms and creating custom code.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Developer, you will provide continuous support for ServiceNow, including bug fixes, enhancements and the development of new features.

  • Manage ITSM-related tasks, including incidents, changes, problems, and requests.

  • Oversee instance security, managing user/group access and access control lists (ACLs).

  • Support stakeholders with reporting requirements and implement platform changes based on business needs.

  • Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical escalations and defects.

  • Evaluate and advise on current and future integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Skillset

  • Over 10 years of experience in technology development, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • Extensive expertise in ServiceNow administration, architecture and development.

  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and industry best practices.

  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
