ServiceNow Developer
Our client, a leading Entertainment provider, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join the team in California on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving the ServiceNow platform, including operational support, minor enhancements, developing new request forms and creating custom code.
Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Developer, you will provide continuous support for ServiceNow, including bug fixes, enhancements and the development of new features.

Manage ITSM-related tasks, including incidents, changes, problems, and requests.

Oversee instance security, managing user/group access and access control lists (ACLs).

Support stakeholders with reporting requirements and implement platform changes based on business needs.

Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical escalations and defects.

Evaluate and advise on current and future integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Skillset
-
Over 10 years of experience in technology development, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Extensive expertise in ServiceNow administration, architecture and development.

In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and industry best practices.

Proven ability to design, develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
