Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer / ITOM Specialist
Location: Utrecht (2 days onsite)

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a ServiceNow CMDB Developer with a focus on ITOM/CMDB to join their team in Utrecht on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of ITSM development, particularly within the ServiceNow platform, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the company’s CMDB infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.
• Ensure configuration management data is accurate and up to date.
• Design and implement automation and integrations within ServiceNow and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CMDB and ITOM-related processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM tools.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on CMDB management best practices.

Skillset

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Developer or ITOM Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, specifically CMDB, ITOM and ITSM.
• Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Experience with integrations and automation within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for Configuration and Change Management.
• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
