ServiceNow Architect – OMT/TSM

Our client, a leading Digital Transformation company, are hiring a French-speaking ServiceNow Architect – OMT/TSM to join the team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing cloud solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and create customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized cloud solutions based on client requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate their needs into practical technical solutions.

• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for performance, scalability and security.

• Offer technical expertise and thought leadership on emerging cloud trends and innovations.

• Engage in pre-sales activities by showcasing cloud capabilities and preparing proposals.

• Produce and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs and client interactions.

Skillset

• Fluency in French is required.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.

• Significant experience working with cloud technologies.

• In-depth expertise in ServiceNow, including solution design and integration.

• Strong knowledge of cloud workflows, integrations and customizations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, consultants and project managers.
