Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (OMT – Order Management for Telecommunications and Media)

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with specific expertise in Order Management for Telecommunications and Media (OMT). The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation, customization and integration of ServiceNow’s OMT applications to support a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on OMT modules.
• Configure workflows, catalog items and order management processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation of implemented solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle.

Skillset

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably in telecom projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Order Management for Telecommunications and Media (OMT).
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience with integration frameworks and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
• ServiceNow certifications (Developer, OMT) are a plus.
