Senior ServiceNow Developer
Our client, a leading Digital Transformation Consulting company, are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, deployment and ongoing support.
Responsibilities

Oversee technical planning activities and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.

Architect, develop, test and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members.

Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

Convert wireframes and conceptual designs into scalable, effective technical solutions.
Skillset
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or similar.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

Demonstrated success implementing solutions across ITSM, ITOM and ITAM.

Deep understanding of ITIL practices, CMDB architecture and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

Extensive experience with ITOM Discovery (both on-premises and cloud), Service Mapping, Event Management, and IT Asset Management using SAM Pro and HAM Pro.

Proficient in scripting and integrations using Glide API, JavaScript, REST and SOAP.

Skilled in developing dashboards and reports, with a focus on Performance Analytics.

Solid grasp of networking principles and cloud computing technologies.

Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Strong client engagement and consulting experience, with a proven ability to deliver in customer-facing roles.
