Our client, a leading Life Sciences organization, are hiring a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate to join their team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify automation opportunities, and design AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency. You’ll collaborate in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote work with onsite engagement in Ireland.
 

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into automation solutions using Copilot Studio & Power Automate.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and AI-driven automation.

• Design and document workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems.

• Support implementation, troubleshooting and refinement of automation solutions.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI automation and low-code development.

 
Skillset

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio & Power Automate, focusing on AI-powered automation.

• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI and Dataverse.

• Experience working in hybrid environments, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
