Senior Front End Engineer

Our client, a cutting-edge AI company revolutionizing software development, is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team remotely. The successful candidate will play a key part in architecting a next-generation React framework that seamlessly integrates visual design, code and AI into a unified, intuitive development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop foundational elements of their frontend platform, including a high-performance visual canvas, reusable component libraries and underlying framework infrastructure.

• Enhance the platform’s performance, scalability and security through rigorous optimisation of frontend code execution.

• Partner directly with customers and design collaborators to capture feedback, shape features and drive impactful improvements across the product.

• Work alongside product and design teams to define the roadmap, translate strategic ideas into reality, and stay at the forefront of AI and frontend innovation.

Skillset

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing advanced frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript and CSS.

• A strong sense for product and user experience, with a keen eye for building intuitive, high-quality interfaces.

• A strategic and adaptable approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and bringing innovative ideas to life quickly.

• Excellent communicator and team player, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and iteration.

• Deep knowledge of performance optimisation, language tooling (e.g. parsers, autocomplete, sandboxing) and frontend architecture is a bonus.

• Familiarity with modern build systems and test automation pipelines is a plus.
