We're seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant / Solution Architect to support a client on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week).

Project Details:

Your Role:

• Act as a strategic advisor on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) best practices

• Analyse and improve existing HR business processes and workflows

• Design and architect scalable HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform

• Liaise between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams

• Provide guidance on configuration and implementation to ensure alignment with business goals

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and process consulting

• Strong background in HR process optimisation and workflow automation

• Experience in solution architecture and stakeholder management

• Familiar with Agile methodologies

• German and English fluency (spoken and written)
