Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM)
Location: Remote within Switzerland (Initial IT setup in Zurich required)
Start Date: ASAP (ideally next week)
End Date: 6 months until the end of year (with possible extension)
Workload: Ideally full-time hours (minimum 3 days per week)
Rate: Competitive.
Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM expertise to support a key banking client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on with development and experienced enough to contribute to solutioning in collaboration with a solution architect.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
 - Collaborate with the Solution Architect on design and implementation.
 - Work across key ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, CMDB.
 - Integrate with external systems using APIs.
 - Ensure adherence to platform best practices and client security standards.
 
Skillset
- Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer.
 - Strong knowledge of ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, CMDB.
 - Understanding of ServiceNow APIs and integration approaches.
 - Experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).
 - Comfortable working remotely within Switzerland.
 
Additional Information
- Candidate must be in Switzerland (remote work from outside Switzerland is not possible).
 - Initial IT setup must be done onsite in Zurich.
 - Flexible working arrangement, with an average of 60% allocation.
