ServiceNow IRM/GRC Lead Developer
Location: Edinburgh or London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: 3 month rolling contract (Outside IR35)

Our client, a growing ServiceNow partner, are hiring a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join the team on a 3-month rolling contract in London or Edinburgh. The successful candidate will lead delivery across multiple enterprise-level IRM (GRC) projects in sectors including insurance, banking, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, manage user stories, and guide junior developer.

• Coordinate with cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Take on light architecture responsibilities and solution design.

• Ensure best practices and scalable configurations across the platform.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience (certification required).

• Confident in leading development and interfacing with business stakeholders.

• Able to own delivery across a project lifecycle.

• Experience in financial services environments is a plus.
