Our client, a global IT Company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will specialise in ITOM solutions, with a particular focus on Discovery and Service Mapping, while also providing best-practice guidance and delivering hands-on configuration and implementation.

Responsibilities

Scope, design and deliver ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping) solutions tailored to client requirements.
Provide hands-on configuration, development and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
Advise clients on ITOM best practices and optimisation strategies.
Conduct assessments of existing environments and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.

Skillset

Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM, especially Discovery and Service Mapping.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, CMDB and service modelling.
Able to work independently and manage priorities in a flexible, part-time arrangement.
Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
