Location: Frankfurt (Remote + 1 time per month travel to customer)

Our client, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead key project streams for a pharmaceutical customer, including ITSM + CMDB, SPM, WSD, and HRSD. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and ensuring successful delivery across all workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across multiple ServiceNow modules

• Manage scope, schedule, and delivery timelines

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals

• Report on progress, risks, and milestones

Skillset

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ServiceNow implementations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, SPM, WSD, and HRSD is a plus

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

Note: Budget responsibility sits with the overall Program Manager.
