Our client, a leader in financial services innovation, is hiring a skilled AI Scientist to join their team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will harness advanced Generative AI techniques to tackle real-world challenges, build comprehensive AI/ML solutions and develop intelligent agents that leverage enterprise data effectively.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy end-to-end AI and Machine Learning solutions tailored to financial services applications.
Create intelligent agents that enhance the efficiency and insight of various teams within the business.
Oversee AI Operations and manage pipelines to support Generative AI initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, production-ready AI solutions that drive business value.

Skillset

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ hands-on experience developing and deploying Deep Learning or Machine Learning models.
Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), information extraction, embeddings, re-rankers, agentic frameworks, model architectures and fine-tuning techniques.
Strong background in AI Operations, distributed computing, algorithms and data structures.
Demonstrated success in bringing Generative AI solutions into production environments.
Solid understanding of model evaluation methodologies and ongoing performance monitoring practices.
