Our client, an established IT Services provider, are hiring a Director of Commercial / Public Sector ServiceNow Delivery to join the team in Kentucky. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of high-profile ServiceNow programs, ensuring exceptional execution, client satisfaction and business growth across both commercial and public sector initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of ServiceNow programs for commercial and public sector clients, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, risk management and performance tracking across multiple projects.

  • Design and implement scalable delivery frameworks aligned with company objectives and the NOW Methodology.

  • Align quarterly and annual delivery plans with strategic priorities and revenue targets.

  • Serve as the senior delivery leader and client advocate, cultivating trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering and PMO teams to shape new opportunities, support SOWs and plan resources.

  • Provide leadership in proposal development and bids, including complex public sector RFPs.

  • Lead, mentor and inspire Delivery Leads and their teams, promoting a high-performance and inclusive culture.

  • Champion Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, tailoring approaches to client needs.

  • Drive continuous process improvement, lessons learned and development of tools for scalable delivery.

Skillset

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in leading ServiceNow engagements within commercial and/or public sector settings.

  • Strong leadership experience in IT services or enterprise SaaS delivery.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations, ideally managing portfolios of $5M or more.

  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules and full implementation lifecycle.

  • Practical experience working with federal, state or local government clients.

  • Expertise in organizational change management and business transformation initiatives.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight, forecasting and profitability management.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
