ServiceNow AI Expert

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team remotely on a  contract basis. Utilizing your hands-on expertise in NowAssist or AI capabilities within ServiceNow, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance platform performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and deployment of NowAssist/AI features in ServiceNow.

• Provide advisory guidance to clients on best practices and AI integration strategies.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.

• Conduct technical workshops, proofs-of-concept and solution demonstrations.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet performance, security and compliance standards.

Skillset

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development and AI/NowAssist modules.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in both technical and consultative capacities.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
