ServiceNow AI Expert
Our client, a global tech company, are hiring a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team remotely on a contract basis. Utilizing your hands-on expertise in NowAssist or AI capabilities within ServiceNow, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance platform performance and user experience.
Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration and deployment of NowAssist/AI features in ServiceNow.

Provide advisory guidance to clients on best practices and AI integration strategies.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Conduct technical workshops, proofs-of-concept and solution demonstrations.

Ensure delivered solutions meet performance, security and compliance standards.
Skillset
-
Proven experience with ServiceNow development and AI/NowAssist modules.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations.

Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in both technical and consultative capacities.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
