Our client, a global leader in semiconductors are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with a particular focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join the team. This contract position (60-80% capacity) involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements while designing and delivering tailored HRSD solutions that drive operational efficiency and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to capture, document and validate requirements specific to HR Service Delivery processes.
Translate HRSD business needs into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with HRSD best practices and the ServiceNow roadmap.
Provide guidance on leveraging HRSD modules, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events.
Oversee implementation, ensuring the delivered functionality meets HR and organizational expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules.

Skillset

Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and platform capabilities.
Proven experience as both a Business Analyst and Solution Architect, with a focus on HR solutions.
Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively within a part-time capacity and manage competing priorities.
