Location: UK-based, Remote (with limited travel)
Start Date: 8th September 2025
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
Engagement: Full-time, Outside IR35

Our client, a global digital transformation consultancy, are hiring a ServiceNow IRM Developer to join their team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) with a strong focus on Audit Management. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing IRM modules to support audit processes, ensuring best practices and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Audit Management workflows within ServiceNow IRM.
• Develop integrations, reports and dashboards to support audit evidence, tasks and findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support testing, deployment and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Ensure configurations align with IRM best practices and compliance frameworks.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM / GRC, with a proven track record in Audit Management.
• Experience with policy, compliance, risk and audit-related modules.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
