Location: Remote (US-based only)

Contract Length: 6 Months

About the Role:
Alldus is hiring a ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant to configure and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for technical development, integrations, and ensuring platform performance meets client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications
• Develop workflows, UI policies, scripts, and integrations
• Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with process consultants and architects to deliver robust solutions

Requirements:

• ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS CSM
• Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM development and configuration
• Hands-on knowledge of integrations and scripting within ServiceNow
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
