ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant
Location: Remote (US-based only)
Contract Length: 6 Months

Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will configure and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, responsible for the technical development, integrations and ensuring the platform performance meets client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM applications.
  • Develop workflows, UI policies, scripts and integrations.
  • Ensure platform performance, security and scalability.
  • Collaborate with process consultants and architects to deliver robust solutions.

Skillset

  • ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS CSM.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM development and configuration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of integrations and scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
