Role: ServiceNow CSM Business Process Consultant

Location: Remote (US-based only)

Contract Length: 6 Months

About the Role:

Alldus is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Business Process Consultant to support a major CSM implementation project. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, design process-driven solutions, and optimize workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into ServiceNow CSM solutions
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Document workflows, business rules, and functional requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS CSM
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow CSM process design and consulting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
