Location: Remote (US-based only)

Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow CSM Business Process Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will support a major CSM implementation project which will involve working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, design process-driven solutions and optimize workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Drive process improvements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Document workflows, business rules and functional requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Skillset

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS CSM.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow CSM process design and consulting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
