ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Remote (within the EU)
Engagement: Freelance/Independent Contractor
Duration: 3-month rolling contract (potential extension)

Our client, an elite ServiceNow Partner, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) development and proven experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors. 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business requirements.

• Lead and implement SuccessFactors integrations with ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data flow.

• Build and configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center and other HRSD capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT and external vendors, to deliver solutions.

• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for HRSD-related incidents.

• Provide technical expertise and best practices on ServiceNow development and HR workflows.

Skillset

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with strong HRSD module expertise.

• Proven track record of integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

• Expert in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, etc.).

• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, design patterns and platform governance.

• Experience in Agile project delivery environments.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

• German language skills preferred
