Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead Phase 2 of our ServiceNow implementation. This is a long-term, high-impact role where you will serve as a subject matter expert for the Technology Service Management (TSM) module, working closely with both US and European development teams. You will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping the architecture and development strategy for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead architect for Phase 2 of the ServiceNow implementation.

• Advise and shape the architecture and development approach to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US and European developers, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Act as a long-term subject matter expert for TSM within ServiceNow.

• Provide guidance on best practices, platform optimization, and future roadmap planning.

• Influence and impact strategic decisions at the senior leadership level regarding the ServiceNow platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead design and architectural decisions for the next phase of ServiceNow.

• Define and implement solutions that meet both current and future business requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align platform strategy.

• Identify gaps and recommend improvements based on previous phase learnings.

Key Experience & Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow Architecture, with a strong focus on TSM.

• Proven ability to lead complex implementations across multiple geographies.

• Strong advisory skills with a track record of influencing senior leadership.

• Hands-on experience defining scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
