Our client, a fast-growing AI startup, are hiring a QA Engineer to join their team in Ireland. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products in a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for manual and automated testing.

• Identify, document and track bugs through to resolution, collaborating closely with other team members.

• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and create new ones where needed.

• Perform functional, regression, integration and performance testing on web and AI-based applications.

• Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met across multiple projects and releases.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews as part of the Agile development process.

 
Skillset

• Proven experience in manual testing (e.g. functional, regression, exploratory).

• Strong skills in automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress or similar.

• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Java, Python and/or JavaScript.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
