ServiceNow Technical Consultant – GRC
Our client, a global IT Services and Consulting company, are hiring a talented ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in the ServiceNow GRC module, providing hands-on ServiceNow design and development support across diverse consulting projects.
Responsibilities

Build and configure GRC applications, including Audit Management, Business Continuity, Policy and Compliance, and Vendor Risk Assessment.

Implement policies, standards and regulations, integrating with third-party systems.

Collaborate with ServiceNow functional teams to optimize and customize core and bespoke applications.

Offer technical support and troubleshoot end-user issues within ServiceNow.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

Develop system integrations and automate business processes.

Configure and script Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs.

Document solutions and secure stakeholder approvals.

Manage application and platform upgrades, ensuring seamless data integration across ServiceNow and other systems.
Skillset
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, covering implementation, integration, enhancement and production-level support.

Proven expertise in ServiceNow GRC development, with a minimum of two full lifecycle implementations as a lead consultant.

ServiceNow certifications, including System Administrator or Implementation Specialist in ITSM/ITOM, is highly desirable.

Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML and XML.

Solid understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks. ITIL v3 certification is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
