Our client, a leading healthcare organisation is initiating a major digital transformation programme and is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity – no plans drawn, no teams mobilised yet. You will be stepping in at the inception stage to shape, plan, and drive delivery within a structured enterprise environment.
 

Responsibilities

• Lead initial planning, scoping and stakeholder alignment.

• Establish project frameworks and delivery timelines.

• Navigate enterprise protocols and governance to get things moving.

• Drive momentum and ensure clarity across teams and priorities.

Skillset

• Strong experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects.

• Proven ability to lead from inception through delivery.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Comfortable working within structured environments with defined processes.
