Business Analyst – Intake & Process Analysis
Location: Remote (within E.U.)
Contract: Initial 6 Months (Likely to Extend)

Our client, a global healthcare organisation, is hiring experienced Business Analysts with a proven track record in intake management and forensic business process analysis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and understanding complex business problems, mapping current processes and defining clear, actionable requirements to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the intake of business requests, ensuring clarity, prioritisation and alignment with strategic goals.

• Forensically analyse existing business processes to uncover inefficiencies, gaps and root causes of problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document and validate business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear documentation including process maps, use cases and functional specifications.

• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Skillset

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex, global environments.

• Strong intake and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated ability to analyse and document business processes with precision.

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
