Freelance Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow SPM (Aviation Sector)

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant to support a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) project for one of our aviation customers.

Role Overview:

Act as the process SME for ServiceNow SPM, ensuring alignment of business requirements with platform capabilities.
Analyse, design, and optimise processes related to portfolio, demand, project, and resource management.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and define target operating models.
Support the integration of business processes with the ServiceNow SPM implementation roadmap.
Provide best-practice guidance and ensure process adoption within the aviation domain.

Requirements:

Strong consulting experience in ServiceNow SPM & certified
Proven background in business process design, gap analysis, and optimisation.
Experience within aviation or highly regulated industries is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Availability for a freelance/contract engagement
